Crochet Workshop for Beginners
3 One hour sessions...only $65.00
Beginners will enjoy this relaxing workshop as they master the slip knot and five basic crochet stitches; chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet. The selection of yarn and corresponding crochet hook will also be reviewed. This interactive workshop focuses on multisensory practices. We will see it, say it, hear it and do it!
A tote bag of beginner materials will be available at the first session for an additional charge of $6.00. The tote will contain 4 oz. Red Heart Eco Ways worsted weight yarn, size "I" aluminum crochet hook, printed diagram of basic stitches & a pattern for a fashionable Spring scarf.

In this one hour...there will be an intro about sewing tools and supplies (you'll need to learn about the goodies)...and then we'll jump into the machine! You'll learn how to insert the needle, thread the needle, wind a bobbin & install it, change stitches along with their length and width, thread tension...and then we will sew! VIOLA!!!
All you need to bring is YOU...and if you have made that purchase...bring the super sweet sewing machine! That's it...I will provide fabric & thread! If you do not have a sewing machine...no worries...learn on one of Oh Sweet Day's! Will work around your schedule...
This will be very laid back & fun...we''ll grab a cup of tea and get the hour started...and believe it will fly by!
